I recently did a post on How to Wear: Pastel and if you’re looking to introduce soft tones to your wardrobe, colourful denim is probably the easiest way to do so. Whether you have a preference for a monochromatic colour scheme or bolder splashes, pastel is easier to wear than you may think. I adore this pair of “Mandy” jeans by Citizens of Humanity. Was going to pick up a pair from Narwhal but it’s tricky buying denim when eight months pregnant, even if you know your size; it’s one of those things that’s best tried on just to be sure. A print like this reminds us that spring is will soon be on the way. If I could, I’d wear these now with darker chunky knits and move on to bigger and brighter things and the weather warms (or on especially grey days to add a burst of colour).
