In Rotation: Camille Moore

If this beauty looks familiar, it's because chances are, at some point,  you've watched her grace runway, screen &/or print campaign as a model. Despite a successful career both here & abroad, Camille took a break from modelling to earn her Diplome de Cuisine from a little school called Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Today, back in T.O., she works in catering, as a recipe tester and private chef for Food Network star Roger Mooking and dabbles as a model when the mood strikes. She shares the playlist that alights her gourmet inspiration.

My favourite time to play music is when I am cooking, and when I’m in that mode, I like my music loud (sorry neighbours)... I’m consistently inconsistent when it comes to my music moods, so right now it’s definitely sounding like this in my kitchen.
